We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring smooth operations.

  1. Advance/Booking Amount – Advance paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Cancellations – Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded..
  3. No-Show Policy – In case of no-show, the booking stands cancelled and no refund will be issued.
  4. Event Cancellation by Jumpoline – In rare cases of operational issues or safety concerns, if Jumpoline cancels the booking, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
  5. Online Ticket Bookings – Tickets purchased online are non-refundable. In case of payment failure but deduction, please contact us with transaction details for resolution.
