Ticket Delivery / Shipping Policy

Since Jumpoline offers experiences and not physical products, we do not ship items. Instead:

  1. E-tickets / Booking Confirmations are delivered via email or SMS immediately after a successful booking.
  2. Guests must present the confirmation (digital or printed) at the entry.
  3. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of booking, please reach out to our support team.
